Monday Motivation: The Secret of Change...


Another week begins! 

I'll admit, I am guilty of spending too much time "fighting the old"- mulling over things that 1) don't really matter in the long run, 2) don't merit my time or energy or 3) I have no control over, wanting to change them when I should just let them be and move on.  It's only recently that I've begun making a conscious effort to re-direct my attention away from saying "they should be like this" or "this is so annoying or frustrating" and instead focusing on what actions I can take to move me closer to where I want to be.  It's so liberating!

Do you guys struggle with this?  If so, what do you do/say to refocus on building the new?  I'm intrigued!
